groovyFIT’s Get Fit approach to exercise allows you to accomplish as much as possible in the shortest amount of time. Workout efficiency, muscle confusion, and functional training are the most essential elements to my approach. No two workouts should ever be the same – this could be in terms of moves, intensity, duration, it doesn’t matter. We just want to accomplish more in the time we have than any other program might attempt. Challenging the anaerobic threshold is our goal with every activity. This allows the individual to workout harder for shorter periods of time burning more calories in a shorter amount of time. This has numerous secondary benefits as well. One thing you will notice, and I invite you to test it, is that my workout will get you to your goals more effectively and efficiently than any other approach. Scientific research has proven that functional training is a far superior workout because it is typically a safer workout since it involves moves the body is already familiar with while using multiple muscle groups and challenging the anaerobic threshold.
